What is expected from Workers?

Workers are the people who work for other people to earn their livelyhood.They work under the supervision of their boss.The boss usually wants great working skills in his/her workers.Its is the role of the workers to work for the boss and help him to develop the working faculty.So the boss expects very much from them.The boss wants them to work for him with full labour and honesty.A boss usually expects from his/her workers - (1) Ability to listen and assimilate the message, (2) Ability to think through things, present solutions and recommendations no matter how practical / impractical they may be / seem and (3) Ability to constantly be on top of things - be it the work are or some parts of business awareness.
